From the editor

Boyd
Nichols, curator of the Bisbee Mining and Historical Museum and
all-around nice guy has provided us with ten gorgeous images from
his series of hand-colored Bisbee photographs. We, who have never
been able to stay within the lines, appreciate the fine workmanship
and attention to detail. And the results are stunning [Hand
colored photographs by Boyd Nichols].
Emily
Matthiessen comes through with a new Lydia Losenge mystery this
issue, Why
would anyone buy such a painting?, that is sure to keep you
on the edge of the chair from beginning to end. Or is it the end?
Only Emily knows for sure.
Electric
Dave's taproom is open now, and we dropped in to join the fun [Electric
Brewing].
Next
week is the Solstice, and with it, the Farmers Market is hosting
Cochise County's First Solar Cookoff and Renewable Energy Fair.
We spent Saturday morning at the Market, and report on it here:
The Farmers
Market.
